We first opened for business in July 2004, and have been serving High Wycombe, and the rest of the UK,
ever since.

We offer a full range of services, ranging from small local projects to major national work, and everything in between. Our consultants have a broad experience of working in the construction, rail and civils sectors for an array of clients.

Director Profile

An experienced Commercial and Project Manager with 20 years experience working for a variety of client organisations within the Rail, Construction and Civils sectors.

His key areas of expertise are Commercial Management, Project Management, Contract Management and Programme Management / Analysis.

For the last eight years Pauls primary focus has been the Rail Industry, where he has successfully delivered projects for Virgin Trains and Network Rail on the West Coast Route Modernisation Project.

During his time with Schofield Lothian Paul worked on a number of large projects for Clients within the Rail, Construction and Civil Sectors; including  successfully helping to create a case winning expert witness report for a Client for a prestigious building project in London.

Paul is an Incorporate Member of The Chartered Institute of Building and is CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Certified - Quantity Surveyor Industry Accreditation.

Paul has a BSc (Hons) in Building Processes and has also successfully passed an ONC, HNC and HND in Building Construction; which included CIOB Approved Courses in Building Law and Economics.

Prior to running SW32 Ltd, Paul gained an excellent knowledge of the Rail, Construction and Civil Sectors by working for Schofield Lothian as a Consultant and prior to the thirteen successful years as a consultant Paul gained a good founding to the world of construction by working for Kingham Construction and Claydon Associates.
